Swiss Leberkase pieces.
Leberkase is made by very finely grinding corned beef, pork, bacon and onions and baking as a loaf until crunchy brown crust is formed. Usually served warm or cold with bread, pretzels or salads.
Sold cryovaced in pieces that weigh between 400 and 500 grams.
